United States striker Folarin Balogun has emerged as an unexpected transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur after his widely discussed World Cup controversy. The Monaco forward, who was drawn into a strange red-card saga involving Donald Trump, could now be set for a dramatic return to the Premier League as Roberto De Zerbi looks to reshape his squad.

World Cup star offered to Tottenham Hotspur
