In a recent report, TuttoJuve stated that Manchester United are monitoring Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi. It has been claimed that the Red Devils are considering a move to secure the German youngster’s services during this transfer window.

Tresoldi enjoyed an excellent season with the Belgian club recently, delivering a series of productive displays for them in the Jupiler Pro League. The 21-year-old scored 23 goals and registered nine assists in 58 appearances for Club Brugge across all competitions last season.

The German prospect is currently regarded as one of the finest young forwards in Europe. Therefore, it is hardly surprising that the Red Devils are keen to complete a deal for him this summer.

His current contract with the Belgian outfit runs until the summer of 2029, which could make it difficult for Manchester United to sign him for a reduced fee later this year.

Tresoldi is effective at carving out a bit of space for himself to get shots away at goal. He has already shown that he can be a dependable scorer in Belgian football and is also capable of creating a few promising opportunities for his teammates in the attacking third.

The German striker is also quite intelligent with his movement in and around the opposition box and can use his strong 1.86m frame to win a few aerial duels for his side. However, there are still some doubts over whether he would be able to sustain his impressive form in the Premier League if the Red Devils succeed in bringing him in this summer.

Tresoldi would add greater firepower to Manchester United boss Michael Carrick’s attack. He has the ability to compete for a regular first-team place at the Mancunian club over the coming seasons.

At 21, the future appears very bright for Tresoldi as long as he keeps improving year after year. He is certainly a player to keep an eye on for the future and would represent an excellent long-term signing for the Red Devils. Hence, Carrick should look to push hard to bring him in during this transfer window.
