**Notification in August, Exam in September**
The notification for the Bihar TRE 4.0 recruitment is expected to be released in August, at which point the application process will begin. It is anticipated that the BPSC may conduct the recruitment examination in September; the proposed dates for the exam are from September 22 to September 27. However, the complete schedule, including the exam date, will be released alongside the notification.

**Recruitment of One Lakh Teachers Over Five Years**
The Bihar government is working on a plan to recruit one lakh teachers over a period of five years. According to media reports, the plan involves recruiting teachers for 100,000 posts between 2026 and 2030. Efforts are underway to deploy more than 20,000 teachers to schools annually. This entire initiative by the state government aims to address the shortage of teachers in schools ranging from the primary to the higher secondary level.
