Star cricketer Virat Kohli, along with wife Anushka Sharma, have reportedly bought a brand new flat in Mumbai. The apartment is said to be located in the city's Versova region and is worth a whopping INR 18.29 crore. The move hints towards the couple's potential return to their home country from London, their current residence, but no official sources have confirmed this thus far.

The luxury property is located on the twenty-fourth floor of the tower, making it a sight to behold. It has a carpet area of 2644.8 square feet, which translates to roughly 216.30 square metres. It also includes parking space for up to three cars.
According to Zapkey, Virat has purchased the flat, with registration completed on July 21, 2026, whereas the formalities and documentation work were done a couple of weeks prior. The registration fee of the apartment was INR 30,000. The per-square-foot value of the apartment is calculated as INR 69,159 on the RERA carpet area. Additionally, the duo also paid a stamp duty of INR 1.09 crore.
