Indian team’s tour of Zimbabwe was fantastic. A three-match T20 series was played between the two teams, the last match of which was played on 26 July at Harare Sports Club. In this match, Team India defeated Zimbabwe by 35 runs. With this victory, India wiped out the host team by winning the series 3-0. Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Ishaan Kishan grabbed the most headlines with their strong performances in the entire series.
Team India completely dominated the three-match T20 series played between India and Zimbabwe. In the first match, India defeated Zimbabwe by 90 runs, while in the second match it won by 7 wickets. The biggest star of this series was Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who scored 151 runs in three innings. He also scored two brilliant half-centuries with his bat, and was the highest run-scorer in the series.

After winning the toss and coming to bat first, the Indian team made a strong start. In the powerplay, the team scored 64 runs after losing only one wicket. After this, the batsmen maintained the pace of scoring runs even in the middle overs and added 81 runs after losing 2 wickets between 7 and 15 overs. At the same time, the team lost two wickets in the death overs but scored 47 more runs. On the basis of this brilliant batting, India made a big score of 192 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi played the biggest innings for Team India. He scored a brilliant 81 runs. Apart from them, Ishan Kishan contributed 29 runs, captain Shreyas Iyer contributed 27 runs and Rinku Singh contributed 25 runs. Brad Evans was the most successful bowler for Zimbabwe. He took 2 wickets, while captain Sikandar Raza, Blessing Muzarabani and Wesley Madhevere got 1 wicket each.

While chasing the target, Zimbabwe team scored runs at a good pace but had to suffer the consequences of losing wickets continuously. In the powerplay, the team scored 53 runs losing 3 wickets. After this, the batsmen tried to save wickets in the middle overs but the pace of scoring slowed down. Between 7 and 15 overs, Zimbabwe added 69 runs after losing 1 wicket. The team again lost 3 wickets in the death overs and could score only 35 runs. For this reason, Zimbabwe could score only 157 runs for 7 wickets in 20 overs and India won the match by 35 runs.
Ryan Burl scored the highest unbeaten 54 runs for Zimbabwe. Apart from them, Wesley Madhevere played an inning of 28 runs and Ben Curran played an inning of 20 runs. Whereas, Mayank Yadav was the most successful bowler from India. He took 3 wickets in his name. Yash Thakur got 2 wickets, while Ashok Sharma and Ravi Bishnoi took 1 wicket each.
