With the release of ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ only a few days away, one of the biggest running debates has been around Sadie Sink’s character. While fans have had their own theories from the Marvel comics, A newly surfaced clip of Sink’s character in the Spider-Man movie has sparked some renewed interest amongst the masses.

Sadie Sink’s first look in ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’Recently, a clip circulating on social media shows Sink’s character in an alleged moment from the new Spider-Man movie releasing next week. While it has not been confirmed where the clip is from, it shows the actress with a darker chair and fuller eyebrows, a new look compared to her bright red hair. It has not yet been verified whether the clip is actually from the film, if it has been generated through AI, or if it belongs to a completely different project. In the clip, the actress quickly looks towards the person beside her and says “What would you do if...”, while the remainder of the clip stays redacted.

The clip has still managed to spark renewed debate over whether Sink’s character will play Jean Grey in the film, despite Tom Holland 's comments. During one of his latest promotional interviews with Brazilian TikToker Natalia Kreuser, the actor confirmed that the popular character will not be appearing in the film. He stated, “She's not in this movie, but it would be pretty cool.”

Fans and netizens react to the new clipAs the clip circulated online, fans and netizens alike started sharing their theories about what the artists could be playing in the film. While many commented that there is still a possibility for her to play Jean Grey, many others said she could be playing a version of Mary Jane or Gwen Stacy.

He commented that the overall secrecy and ambiguity of our character makes the film much better. Further on, he added that, “You'll honestly understand when you see the movie. The movie is a better movie if you don't know certain things. I wish people didn't know anything when they go in to watch this movie, but we're not doing it for any other reason but to protect the experience of the fans. Whoever goes on opening weekend, you are going to have a much cooler experience if you go in not knowing certain things.”

The upcoming MCU film is releasing in India on July 30, while in the US it will be released on July 31.
