A couple of mint leaves in a glass of cold syrup on a sunny day adds a distinct flavor to the drink. Again its presence in the yummy chutney adds both mind and soul. Not only does the flavor enhance, but the herbal properties of mint are also immense. But why go to buy again and again from the market? You can plant mint seedlings in your balcony or roof garden. If planted in the monsoon season, this tree grows rapidly. But a little carelessness can spoil mint seedlings. What to do if you want to grow mint at home? Understand step by step.
How to make seedlings?
Don’t care if you don’t have a tub. This herb will grow in glass or plastic containers. Tie a few mint stalks together with string. Then submerge those stalks in half water in the bottle. Place the container in a place where there is enough light and air and light sunlight. It can be seen that young roots have started growing from the bottom of the stem in just two to three days. But remember, it is very important to change the bottled water every 7 to 10 days.

How to cultivate?
If you want to cultivate in soil, first choose a 10 to 12 inch tub. Prepare the soil with cow dung or any other organic fertilizer. I want to pay attention to the fact that the soil is rough. Dry the prepared soil in the sun for a few days. But the water drainage system of the tub should be absolutely correct.
Now bury a few branches in the ground with the roots and water them. The tub needs to be kept in a place where it receives light sunlight for 4 to 6 hours a day. Water only when the soil in the tub is dry, so that water does not accumulate at the base of the plant.
Within 3-4 weeks the tub will be full of fresh mint leaves. As the tree grows, if the tip is pruned, the branches will spread further. Organic manure or vermicompost can be applied once a month to thicken the leaves.
