Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, officially launched the highly anticipated book titled “Saffron Surge: Making of a Brave, New Bharat” (भगवा उत्कर्ष - एक नवीन साहसी भारत का उदय) today. The event took place at the RSS headquarters, Keshav Kunj, in New Delhi, attracting prominent intellectuals, legal experts, and national figures. Alongside Dr. Bhagwat were renowned Supreme Court lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani and Sanjeev Sanyal, a noted historian and economist who is also a member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council. Delhi's provincial chief, Dr. Anil Agarwal, and Ashish Anand from Haranand Publishers were also present.

The book, a remarkable document of civilizational renaissance, narrates the story of India's rapid liberation from colonialism. Tarun Vijay, a former MP from Uttarakhand and ex-editor of Panchjanya, known for his impactful and concise expressions, remarked that the current era of the Sangh's centenary marks the beginning of the end of the Mughal era, where Hindu faith and civilization are being reinstated while the conspiracies of jihadist ideologies are failing.

It describes the grand journey of Hindu society, moving from the shackles of colonial slavery towards a confident, emerging Hindu nation, striving for ultimate glory and the principle of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam'.

Dr. Mohan Bhagwat penned a detailed preface for the book, praising it as a 'dynamic narrative of India' filled with analysis and suggestions. He emphasized that it is essential reading for anyone working to restore India's pride, self-respect, and rightful place as a global leader.

Adding depth to the book, RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale wrote an inspiring foreword, describing Tarun Vijay as driven by an 'indomitable spirit of nationalism' and a 'powerful pen'. He termed the book as an 'exciting contemporary history' of India's ideological transformation. The book has also received commendations from bestselling author Amish Tripathi and RSS thinker Ratan Sharda.

During the launch, author Tarun Vijay stated, 'The rise of global Hindus—from the return of civilizational consciousness to the scientific brilliance of Vikram-1—is what Saffron Surge embodies. It represents the invincible journey of Sanatan Dharma, based on universal love, harmony, scientific perspectives, and acceptance of diverse thoughts.
