AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi has targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Central Government. Along with the issue of setting up a fast track court, Owaisi raised questions on the powers given to the Delhi Police Commissioner under the National Security Act i.e. NSA.
