Lisa Kudrow, famous for her portrayal of Phoebe Buffay in the beloved sitcom Friends, recently shared some deeply personal stories that she believes could be messages from her deceased mother, Nedra Stern, who passed away in 2020. During her guest appearance on Mayim Bialik's Breakdown podcast, Kudrow recounted several mysterious events that made her ponder whether her mother was trying to connect with her from the afterlife.

Reflecting on the night her mother passed away during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kudrow noted that nearly all family members were awake at that moment. "My brother was awake when he received the call. My father was also awake, and my husband was alert, while an alarm at my sister's house kept her and her husband up too," she shared. Interestingly, Kudrow was the only one asleep, waking only when her brother reached out to her. She humorously remarked that it seemed like her mother's spirit had "woken everyone up" except for her.

A few days post-funeral, while she was putting together a slideshow to honor her mother, Kudrow encountered a strange incident with her phone. As she was replying to messages, the word "MOM" appeared in the text box without her typing it. "I didn't write that. Delete. Delete. Delete," she recalled, mentioning that this odd occurrence happened several times. When she mentioned this to her husband, he and her friends suggested a surprising interpretation: "Lisa, your mom texted you from beyond."

The peculiar events continued during the lockdown. While texting a friend, Kudrow noticed the phrase "XOXOXO" appearing in her message box, even though she hadn't typed it. Initially brushing it off, she later found an old letter from her mother that featured a similar pattern of repeated "XOXO." This discovery led her to reconsider the meaning behind the message.

On her 60th birthday, Kudrow experienced another unusual incident when a series of random letters appeared in a text box. After rearranging them, she felt they resembled a birthday greeting, possibly even referencing her son, Julian, whom she affectionately calls "JU." While she acknowledged that there could be various explanations for these occurrences, Kudrow remains open to the idea that they might signify something deeper. "While we don't know what it is, we know it's something," she expressed, sharing her belief in the possibility of communication from another realm.
