Al-Hilal have finalised an agreement to sign West Ham United winger Crysencio Summerville for a transfer fee of €80 million (£68.2 million).

The Saudi Pro League powerhouse have outbid all competitors with a huge offer for the Netherlands international, who is expected to undergo a medical before the deal is officially completed.

Summerville had drawn strong interest from several Premier League sides, including Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Fulham. AS Roma had also tabled a £39 million bid earlier in the week, but West Ham turned it down.

According to The Athletic, Al-Hilal have now successfully reached an agreement to sign Summerville, marking another major sale for relegated West Ham following Mateus Fernandes’ move to Tottenham earlier this summer.

During the previous Premier League season, Summerville found the net five times before enhancing his reputation with standout performances for the Netherlands at the 2026 World Cup. He scored twice at the tournament in North America, further increasing demand for his signature.

The Dutch winger is now set to join an Al-Hilal squad that finished second in the Saudi Pro League last season. Managed by former Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi, the club already boasts big names such as Karim Benzema, Ruben Neves, and Kalidou Koulibaly in their ranks.

Summerville’s departure is expected to significantly improve West Ham’s financial stability following their relegation, providing manager Nuno Espirito Santo with additional funds to strengthen the squad. The Hammers are preparing for their first season in the Championship in 14 years during the 2026/27 campaign.
