The truth that came out after this study surprised everyone. According to the report, 87.3 percent of Indian adults were suffering from some kind of abnormal blood fat problem.

Good cholesterol levels lower than normal

This means that the level of cholesterol or triglycerides in the body of all of them is increased or the level of good cholesterol is less than normal. The report says that in such a situation, the risk of heart disease, heart attack and stroke can increase. The most frightening thing about the study is that people living in cities have more problems. 89 percent people in the city do not have normal cholesterol.

Problem in people between 30 to 39 years

One more thing, this problem was found more in women than in men. According to the report, cholesterol disorders were found in 91.1 percent women, while this figure was 83.5 percent in men. If we talk about rural areas, this figure is 86.5 percent.
This problem is found mostly in people between 30 to 39 years of age.
