Actor Shoaib Ibrahim has shared a health update on his mother-in-law, Dipika Kakar ’s mother, revealing that she has been admitted to Kokilaben Hospital after being diagnosed with a severe stomach infection . In his latest vlog, the actor assured fans that while the infection is severe, her condition is stable and there is “nothing to worry about.”

Sharing what happened, Shoaib said, “For the last two to three days, she was in a lot of pain. We first consulted our family doctor and she started taking medicines, but she wasn’t getting better. Last night, she also started vomiting, so we decided to bring her to the hospital.”

After undergoing several tests, doctors diagnosed her with a severe stomach infection. Giving an update on her health, Shoaib said, “Alhamdulillah, it’s nothing serious. It’s a severe infection, and the doctors have kept her under observation for a day or two. They are treating her, and Inshallah, she will recover soon.”

He further shared that her discharge is expected soon if everything goes as planned. “Inshallah, tomorrow is her discharge. There is no tension. She’s under the care and the same doctor under whom my father was treated,” he added.

Shoaib also mentioned that the family has temporarily arranged accommodation nearby while Dipika’s mother remains in the hospital. Meanwhile, Dipika has been by her mother’s side throughout, and the family is hopeful that she will return home soon.

The update has left fans relieved, with many taking to social media to wish Dipika Kakar’s mother a speedy recovery.
