Mumbai: ‘Laila Majnu’ actor Sahiba Bali has reacted to the growing dating rumours surrounding her and Arjun Kapoor after the two were spotted together at Lord’s Cricket Ground during the India vs England third ODI in London on Sunday.
Pictures of the duo watching the match together quickly went viral on social media, prompting fans to speculate about whether their outing was more than just a casual appearance.
As the speculation gained momentum, Sahiba chose to address the rumours in her usual witty style rather than issue a serious clarification.
Sharing a picture with Arjun from the match on her Instagram Stories, she wrote, “dont believe everything pt 2,” appearing to playfully dismiss the dating rumours that had taken over social media.
Sahiba also reacted humorously to another online mix-up after some social media users mistakenly identified her as actor Anushka Sharma in viral posts.
Choosing not to take the confusion seriously, she kept the tone light and continued her playful response to the day’s online chatter.
Sahiba has previously found herself at the centre of dating rumours involving comedians Samay Raina and Aaditya Kulshreshth.
On the work front, Arjun is set to headline ‘No Entry 2’, the much-awaited sequel to the hit comedy. The film will be directed by Anees Bazmee and backed by producer Boney Kapoor.
