25th July is Ashadhi Ekadashi. All men and women fast on this day. After fasting one has to make many changes in food and drink. Ashadhi Ekadashi is celebrated with great pomp in the Vitthal Rukmini temple of Pandharpur. On the day of fasting, certain foods such as sabudana khichdi, vade, thalipeeth, potato vegetables etc. are eaten. But eating oily food is likely to increase acidity or indigestion. So always eat light food after fasting. That’s why today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make Peanut Jaggery Ladoo. These laddus are rich in nutrients. Consuming sattvic food on fasting days is especially important. So instead of aggravating indigestion by consuming any wrong foods, take a light and nutritious diet. Materials:
- jaggery
- Peanuts
- Cardamom powder
- ghee

Action:
- To make Jaggery Peanut Ladoo, first of all, heat a kadai and roast peanuts in it. Roast the peanuts continuously on low flame until they turn red.
- Remove the roasted peanuts to a large plate to cool. After that remove the peel and put it in a mixer bowl and grind it thickly.
- Remove the thick paste of groundnut and add grated jaggery to it and mix.
- Then add cardamom powder and mix well. Nutritious flavored ladles last well for a month.
- Add heated ghee to the prepared mixture and tie a ladle. Nutritious Peanut Jaggery Ladoo made in an easy way is ready.
- Instead of eating sago or potato on a fasting day, eat peanut jaggery ladle. This also keeps the stomach full and benefits the body as well.
