After the complaint of the minor, the police has arrested the accused Baba. A case has been registered against the accused under serious sections including POCSO Act.
Baba tricked the minor into fulfilling his wish
According to the information received, in this case which came to light in Azad Chowk police station area of Raipur, a 17-year-old minor had approached Baba Mustaqeem to find a solution to his family problems. According to the victim, Baba tricked him into fulfilling his wish at a house in Idgahbhatha.
Baba made me take off my clothes and kissed my feet
It is noteworthy that after reaching the room, the door was closed and Baba made the minor take off his clothes and took him around the room for about 5 minutes. After this, he kissed his feet and claimed that all his problems had gone away. Hurt by this incident, the minor lodged a complaint at Azad Chowk police station. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police started searching for the accused and arrested him from Khairagarh.
Police engaged in further action
The arrested accused has been identified as Mustaqeem Baig father Salim Baig, age 40 years, resident of Khaira Navapara, Tehsil Chhuikhadan-Gandai, District Khairagarh. At present, the police is engaged in further legal action against the accused. The police have appealed to the people to avoid coming in contact with any suspicious person due to superstition and deception and immediately report such incidents to the police.
