AI takes over social media.

LinkedIn AI Post Trend: Nowadays, the use of AI has increased in every field because it is capable of providing answers with better results in less time. As such, it is being used extensively in content writing. Whether it is writing descriptions for social media posts, writing captions, or generating images for posts, AI is being used in every task. AI detection startup Pangram recently conducted research in this regard, in which it was found that LinkedIn has the highest number of AI-generated posts. More than 40% of these posts were created with the help of AI.

How is AI used?

Today, the use of AI has increased not only on LinkedIn but on almost every social media platform. According to a report by Pangram, AI-generated content on LinkedIn was normalized using LinkedIn's own AI tool, "Enhance Post." It's worth noting that AI was used in two ways. First, all the content and images in the post were created using AI. Furthermore, the content and images were made more attractive with the help of AI.

Why most of all on LinkedIn?

Now the question arises: why is LinkedIn at the forefront of AI use? The biggest reason for this is LinkedIn's own AI writing assistant tool. In fact, LinkedIn's AI writing assistant tool, "Enhance Post," allows users to create their posts with just one click. Here, users share their ideas with this AI tool, and it creates a long post based on them. This process saves users much effort and allows them to create posts based on their ideas in a short time.

It's worth noting that LinkedIn is a professional platform where people often post career tips, leadership, and motivational quotes. Creating such posts is incredibly easy for AI. Furthermore, to maintain their reach and visibility on LinkedIn, individuals and companies are under tremendous pressure to consistently post content. Research has shown that it's difficult to come up with new ideas every day, so people are turning to AI tools to save time.

It's worth noting that AI is gradually gaining ground in every field. Therefore, when using social media platforms, we need to be mindful that the posts we're relying on to make our decisions aren't AI-generated.
