B2B Garment Manufacturing Platform Groyyo Raises ₹90 Cr To Expand Supplier Network

B2B manufacturing and supply chain startup Groyyo has secured ₹90 Cr (about $9.3 Mn) as part of its ongoing ₹200 Cr (about $20.8 Mn) Series B funding round led by Cornerstone Ventures, with participation from existing investors.

The Gurugram-based startup said it will use the fresh capital to expand its factory network, strengthen its AI-powered design and trend forecasting platform, and deepen its presence across North America, Europe and the Middle East.

“This round lets us go deeper into the categories and geographies where brands are asking for more speed, more transparency, and more reliability. The next phase for us is about scaling what already works — our factory network, our AI infrastructure, and our ability to compress the distance between a design and a delivered product — without losing the trust we’ve built with our partners,” cofounder Subin Mitra said.

Founded in 2021 by Mitra, Pratik Tiwari, and Ridam Upadhyay, Groyyo helps global fashion brands source apparel from manufacturers. Its AI-powered platform connects brands with verified factories while digitising the entire supply chain from product design and trend forecasting to production tracking, quality control and logistics. Upadhyay quit Groyyo last year.

The startup claims to have built a network of more than 470 manufacturers and served over 45 international brands across 10 countries. It also offers software for factories to manage production, inventory, financing, compliance and day-to-day operations.

With the latest infusion, Groyyo has raised about $50 Mn to date, including its $27 Mn Series A funding round. It counts the likes of Tiger Global, Alpha Wave, Sparrow Capital and Stride Ventures, among its backers.

The startup claimed that its international expansion across the US and the UK helped it achieve a revenue run rate of ₹500 Cr in FY26 with “category-leading PAT margins”. It is now targeting revenue of more than ₹3,000 Cr over the next three years.

Last year, Groyyo acquired a majority stake in New York-based online women’s wear company Oussum Inc to strengthen its presence in the US B2B fashion retail market.

The funding comes as global fashion brands continue to diversify sourcing away from China and increasingly adopt technology-driven supply chain solutions to improve visibility, reduce lead times and optimise costs.

Groyyo competes with apparel sourcing and manufacturing platforms such as Fashinza, Geniemodeand ZYOD, while also overlapping with broader B2B supply chain players like OfBusiness.

Groyyo operates in a market that is valued at $120 Bn across SME manufacturing in the apparel and textile segment.
