Leading automobile manufacturer Renault has officially launched the new model of its popular SUV ‘Duster Adventure Edition’ in the Indian automobile market. This special model has been introduced to celebrate the glorious legacy of ‘Duster’, which established itself in the mid-size SUV segment in the Indian market a decade ago. With a starting price of Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom), this new edition will be a great and equally powerful option for SUV lovers in India.
French Ambassador to India Thierry Mathew and Renault Group India CEO Stéphane Deblais attended the grand launch event, which was organized to mark the historic Bastille Day of France. The special event honored the brand’s French roots and Duster’s significant contribution to Renault’s Indian journey. This ‘Adventure Edition’ is based on the new generation Duster which was launched a few months back.

What are the key features of this model??
- Attractive cosmetic changes: Attractive changes have been made in the exterior design of this car without any change in the mechanical parts. Special ‘Adventure Decals’ have been given on it, on which the geographical coordinates of Leh city (34.27 N, 77.60 E) are engraved.
- Engine and Performance: The car is available in two turbo petrol engine options. It consists of 1.0-litre turbo TCe 100 petrol and 1.3-litre turbo TCe 160 petrol engines.
- Gearbox Options: The 1.0-litre engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Whereas, the more powerful 1.3-litre engine is available in 6-speed manual or 6-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCT) transmission options.
