Police have released images of a man they would like to speak to after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted at a London Underground station.
Detectives from the British Transport Police (BTP) are appealing for the public's help following the incident at Hanger Lane Underground station in west London.
The alleged attack happened at around 2.30pm on Sunday, June 21, in a subway leading into the station.
According to investigators, a man approached a woman before repeatedly sexually assaulting her. Police said he used force to stop the alleged victim from leaving before running into the station and laughing as he fled the scene.
Officers have now issued CCTV images of a man they believe may have information that could assist their investigation.
The man is described as being Indian or South Asian, in his mid to late 20s, around 5ft 7in tall, and wearing a light blue shirt and sunglasses at the time.
BTP are urging anyone who recognises him, or who has any information about the incident, to come forward.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to text British Transport Police on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 491 of 22 June.
Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.
