New York – Los Angeles has lost its position as the U.S.’s busiest domestic route to Los Angeles – San Francisco, according to a July report by British aviation analysis company OAG.
The domestic route rankings are based on the number of scheduled airline seats available during the current calendar month, with each route measured by total capacity in both directions.
The figures are compiled from the OAG Schedules Analyser using data collected in the first week of each month and represent the latest full month of scheduled domestic and international flights.
