AVNL Recruitment 2026: Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) has issued a recruitment notification for 1,213 positions for the year 2026. Who can apply?
Junior Technician: Must possess an ITI (NTC/NAC) certificate in the relevant trade.
Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager: Must hold a BE/B.Tech or the required postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline.
For posts such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Company Secretary, and Mass Communication, a degree or postgraduate qualification in the respective field is mandatory.
Consultant (Finance & Audit): Candidates must be Chartered Accountants (CA) and possess 10 years of experience in the finance and audit sector.
Additional General Manager (Business Development): Must be a retired Army officer (minimum rank of Colonel) with 15 years of relevant experience.
Senior Manager (Cyber ​​Security) and Senior Manager (Intellectual Property): Must possess the relevant technical degree, required certifications, and work experience.

Age Limit Criteria
The age limit will be calculated based on the last date for online applications. Age limits have been set according to the level of the respective posts. For Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager posts, the maximum age limit is 30 years. However, including relaxations applicable under government rules, the maximum age limit can extend up to 55 years.

Meanwhile, for Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, and Consultant posts, candidates must be under 65 years of age. Age relaxation benefits will also be applicable to these posts in accordance with the relevant rules.

What is the application fee?

For the AVNL Recruitment 2026, candidates belonging to the General, EWS, and OBC categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹300.
