On the other hand, on Friday, July 17, banks will remain closed in Meghalaya due to the death anniversary of U Tirot Singh. On the other hand, on Saturday, July 18, there will be a bank holiday in Sikkim due to Drukpa Tshe Ji festival. Apart from this, there will be a weekly holiday in the entire country on 19th July i.e. Sunday. All government and private banks will remain closed on this day.
