In Madhya Pradesh’s Datia by-election, BJP candidate Ashutosh Tiwari filed his nomination in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. A meeting was organized after the filing of nominations. During this program, Narottam Mishra and Ashutosh Tiwari were present on the stage along with the CM. As soon as Narottam Mishra sat back on the stage after addressing the gathering, the eyes of people and cameras were fixed on him.
Actually, former minister Narottam Mishra became emotional during the nomination rally of Ashutosh Tiwari. Tears started flowing from his eyes. As soon as he sat at the level of CM Mohan’s chair, CM Mohan Yadav and State President Hemant Khandelwal sitting nearby took care of him.

After the nomination of Ashutosh Tiwari, a BJP meeting was organized at Kila Chowk in Datia. In the meeting, Hemant Khandelwal said that BJP’s victory from Datia is certain. Narottam Mishra said that Congress has talked about division in BJP, but on this occasion we are all together. The election will be won on the strength of all the workers.
What did Narottam Mishra say?
Mishra said that there is a difference between a king and a pauper. Congress candidates are kings and on the other side we are the people who have left home since childhood to serve the nation. Narottam Mishra said that he will bow his head at every door of Datia and make the BJP candidate win. Saying this, Narottam Mishra choked. His face became tearful.
BJP candidate from Datia, Ashutosh Tiwari, said, ‘I have faith in the leadership and I will try to live up to their expectations.’ Let us tell you that Narottam Mishra has not got the ticket from Datia but he arrived together in the nomination of Ashutosh Tiwari.
