Material

  • 2 boiled sweet potatoes
  • 1 finely grated onion
  • ½ cup grated beetroot
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • 2 teaspoon corn flour powder
  • ½ cup whipped curd
  • 2 spoons green chutney
  • 2 spoons sweet tamarind chutney
  • chopped coriander
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala

Method

  • First of all, mash the boiled sweet potatoes well.
  • Now prepare the mixture by adding grated onion, beetroot, carrot, corn flour, salt and all the spices.
