- curling iron
- Red chillies
- Onion
- Mustard
- cumin
- Asafoetida
- curry leaves
- Green chillies
- Garlic

Action:
- To prepare kartoli vegetables, firstly, rinse the kartoli with water. Then wipe clean with a cotton cloth.
- After that remove the inner seeds and finely chop the kartoli in medium size or cook the kartoli and then remove the seeds and finely chop.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves, green chillies and saute till they turn red.
- Then add finely chopped onion, salt to taste and roast till it turns red.
- After the onion becomes soft, add red chillies, turmeric and vegetables and mix it and cook the vegetables for 5 to 8 minutes on low flame.
- After the vegetables are cooked, finally add coriander and lemon juice and mix well.
- Kartoli vegetable made in simple method is ready.
