The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is organizing a mega property auction. The GDA has announced that plots across 19 of its schemes will be auctioned. The auction will include plots designated for commercial, residential, industrial, group housing, hotel, shop, school, community center, and hospital purposes.
The GDA stated that the application process began on June 27, and applications can be submitted until July 13; in other words, July 13 is the deadline. Applications can be submitted via both online and offline modes.

To participate in the land auction, online applications can be submitted through the GDA's official website. For offline applications, the application booklet can be obtained from the HDFC Bank branch at RDC Rajnagar, where the applications must also be submitted. Applicants must submit their applications before the deadline; applications submitted after July 13 will not be accepted.
The GDA is offering investors and buyers across various categories the opportunity to purchase property in one place. Since the auction includes commercial plots alongside residential ones, it presents a significant opportunity for large-scale investors as well.
