The story of ‘Dhamal 4’ revolves around the famous Shaitan Singh’s 100-year-old secret treasure. The secret of the treasure’s place lies in the fragile memory of the earth (Upendra Limaye). When the secret is revealed, a race begins to reach a mysterious island marked with a large ‘M’. Each character tries to outdo the other to get to the treasure first, leading to plenty of confusion, miscues, and hilarious moments.
