Who can apply?

Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the Technician posts must possess:
Matriculation/SSLC from a recognized board along with an ITI certificate in the relevant trade, OR
Matriculation/SSLC along with an apprenticeship in the relevant trade, OR
A three-year diploma in the relevant engineering discipline. Additionally, applicants must possess at least two years of experience in the operations and maintenance departments of Indian Railways, government or government-run railway entities, Metro Rail, or the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS). Candidates are required to submit a valid experience or competency certificate. Eligibility and experience will be calculated as of June 30, 2026.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Salary and Posting

Candidates selected under the NHSRCL recruitment drive will receive a salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹1,10,000 under the NE-2 pay level. Appointments will be made on an absorption basis. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere within NHSRCL or the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed ​​Rail (MAHSR) project.
