A CCTV video that has surfaced nearly eight months after the death of nine-year-old Amaira Kumar Meena, a Class 4 student at Jaipur's Neerja Modi School, has reignited questions over the circumstances leading to the tragedy. The girl's family claims the footage shows her repeatedly approaching her teacher for help before allegedly ending her life after persistent bullying by classmates. CCTV Footage Captures Final Moments Before Tragedy

The newly surfaced CCTV footage, which is around eight minutes long, is said to have been recorded shortly before the incident inside Amaira's classroom.

The video reportedly shows the young student entering the classroom first and appearing calm. As other students arrive, she is seen sitting alone in the fourth row while her classmates interact with one another.

A short while later, a few students are seen taking out a digital writing slate, an item that is reportedly not permitted inside the classroom. They write something on it and display it to Amaira.

According to the family, the footage shows a noticeable change in the child's body language after she sees the slate. She appears distressed as several students repeatedly approach her, showing her the slate and speaking to her.

Family Says Amaira Repeatedly Sought Help

The CCTV footage allegedly shows Amaira leaving her seat multiple times to speak with her class teacher.

During one of these interactions, the student holding the digital slate also approaches the teacher. After a brief conversation, both children return to their seats.

However, the classmates are again seen interacting with Amaira, following which she approaches the teacher for a second time.

The family claims the footage clearly indicates that the child was trying to seek help but did not receive adequate intervention.

Final Visit to Teacher Before Leaving Classroom

According to the family, another part of the footage shows a student pointing toward Amaira while speaking to others. The child then appears visibly upset, placing her hands over her face and head before briefly walking to another student's desk.

A few minutes later, she reportedly approaches the teacher one final time. During that interaction, she leaves the classroom and is later seen in the CCTV footage walking quickly toward the staircase.

Shortly afterward, Amaira allegedly jumped from the fourth floor of the school building.

Her family believes her expressions in the footage suggest she left the classroom feeling disappointed and emotionally distressed.  ALSO READ: "Papa, Korean Is Our Life": 3 Minor Sisters Commit Suicide By Jumping From 9th Floor After Father Restricted Access to Online Game 'She Didn't Want to Go to School': Mother's Emotional Allegation Amaira's mother has alleged that her daughter had been subjected to bullying for an extended period before the tragic incident. According to her, Amaira had repeatedly expressed fear about attending school and had pleaded with the family not to send her.

Shivani said she had even recorded an audio message in which her daughter could be heard saying, "I don't want to go to school. Please don't send me." She claimed the recording reflects the emotional trauma Amaira was experiencing and alleged that the child had been under immense psychological stress because of the treatment she faced at school.
Family Questions Police Investigation

Nearly eight months after the incident, Jaipur Police has filed a chargesheet before the court.

However, Amaira's family has expressed strong dissatisfaction with the investigation, alleging that the chargesheet weakens the case against those responsible.

According to the family, the police have invoked only minor charges against the school's principal and the class teacher despite the seriousness of the allegations.

The family has further alleged that the investigation was carried out under pressure and claimed that the chargesheet appears to protect the accused rather than ensure justice for their daughter.
