Chasing a target of 159, Brook remained unbeaten on a blistering 79 from just 35 deliveries, smashing eight fours and four sixes. His explosive innings, combined with Phil Salt's composed unbeaten 59, helped England cruise to 159/1 in only 13.5 overs after an early setback.
India had earlier recovered from another poor start thanks to captain Shreyas Iyer, who played a superb unbeaten knock of 80 off 49 balls. India Recover After Early Collapse
After winning the toss and opting to bat, India once again struggled in the powerplay. Young opener Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored 15 before falling to Jofra Archer, while Ishan Kishan (4) and Abhishek Sharma (16) also departed cheaply as India slipped to 44/3 inside six overs.
Shreyas Iyer then steadied the innings with a calm and well-paced knock. Mixing elegant strokeplay with calculated aggression, the Indian skipper built valuable partnerships to revive the innings.
Iyer and Shivam Dube added 53 runs for the fourth wicket before Dube was dismissed for 22. Tilak Varma chipped in briefly with a six but failed to convert his start.
In the closing overs, Iyer shifted gears dramatically. He attacked leg-spinner Adil Rashid, hammering three sixes and a boundary in one over to push India's total beyond 150.
Despite late wickets, including Washington Sundar and Axar Patel, Iyer remained unbeaten on 80, finishing with four boundaries and five sixes as India posted 158/7.
Jofra Archer impressed with figures of 2/20, while Josh Tongue also picked up two wickets.
England's chase began with the early dismissal of Jos Buttler, who was caught behind off Arshdeep Singh after scoring eight.
However, that proved to be India's only success.
Harry Brook and Phil Salt completely dominated the visitors with an unbeaten 146-run partnership for the second wicket.
Salt anchored the innings with fluent strokeplay, reaching an unbeaten half-century, while Brook launched an all-out assault on India's bowling attack.
The England captain punished both the pacers and spinners with fearless hitting, reaching his fifty in spectacular fashion before continuing to clear the ropes with ease.
Brook's unbeaten 79 came at a strike rate above 225 and effectively turned what looked like a competitive chase into a one-sided contest.
Salt remained unbeaten on 59 from 42 deliveries as England comfortably chased down the target with more than six overs to spare.
The victory secured England's maiden bilateral T20I series win over India in a series featuring two or more matches.
India had dominated the rivalry in recent years, winning five of the previous six bilateral T20I series between the two teams, with the remaining series ending level.
The result also marked England's first bilateral series victory over India across formats since India's 2018 tour of England, when the hosts won both the ODI and Test series.
Harry Brook's captain's innings, supported by Archer's disciplined bowling and Salt's unbeaten half-century, ensured England completed a memorable clean sweep and created history with their first bilateral T20I series triumph over India.
