Moradabad. Political parties have started laying their cards for the UP Assembly elections 2027. Political temperature has also started rising in Thakurdwara seat of Moradabad district. Here, Congress city president and strong ticket contender Shamim Chaudhary has directly opened a front against sitting Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Nawab Jan Khan. He has seriously accused the sitting MLA of cheating the public and ignoring the development of the area. Shamim Choudhary says that for the whole five years the MLA kept crying about the fact that there is no government in the state, due to which the public is now feeling cheated.

In fact, Congress leaders are continuously sweating on the ground to test the election preparations and know the mood of the area. Congress is trying to strengthen itself at the booth level for the UP elections 2027, so that this time the election contest can be made triangular or one-sided in its favor. This time, a lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the party workers to enter the electoral fray even on their own.

Nawab Jaan Khan’s claims exposed, huge resentment among public

SP MLA from Thakurdwara Nawab Jaan Khan is currently on the target of Congress. Shamim Chaudhary, while making a scathing attack on his tenure, said that the MLA has not done any work in the area which can be remembered as an example. Giving a small example, he said that even a bridge could not be constructed on a small river of the area, due to which thousands of villagers have to face problems every day.

According to local people, MLA Nawab Jaan Khan often makes excuses like lack of funds or absence of government for not carrying out development works. The Congress leader said that this thing has now become common among the people of Thakurdwara. When the public gives their precious vote to someone with huge expectations and trust, they do not expect excuses but want work. The MLAs are shirking their responsibilities and this is the biggest proof of their failure.

UP Elections 2027: Whether there is alliance or not, Congress will show its strength even alone.

When Shamim Chaudhary was asked, what would be the strategy of Congress if there is no alliance with Samajwadi Party in the upcoming elections? To this he replied very boldly. He made it clear that Congress is not relying on any crutch. Even if the high command decides to contest the elections alone, the party will stake its claim on Thakurdwara seat with full vigor and strength.

It is being told that this time Congress has activated its organization at the lower level. Shamim Chaudhary himself has so far extensively visited about 70 villages of the area. During public relations, he is getting huge support from the villagers. He claimed that if the party reposes confidence in him and makes him its candidate, he will win the Thakurdwara seat with an overwhelming majority and hand it over to the Congress.

Full focus will be on farmers, youth and Ganga-Jamuni culture

Congress has also put forward its vision to remove the plight of Thakurdwara. According to Shamim Chaudhary, after winning the elections, his top priority will be to solve the basic problems of the farmers and students of the area. His main agenda is to address the shortage of fertilizers and seeds, crop prices and creating employment and better education opportunities for the youth.

Along with this, while mentioning the cultural heritage of the country and Uttar Pradesh, he said that the basic agenda of Congress is to take every section of the society along. The age-old Ganga-Jamuni culture and mutual brotherhood will be maintained at all costs. Today the people of Thakurdwara are looking for an alternative because whoever was elected in the past disappointed the voters. This is the reason why now people are looking towards Congress with great hope.
