Body of 20 year old student found floating in the lake in Bengaluru, sent last message to friend

Bengaluru. A heart-wrenching news is coming out from Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. Where on Tuesday morning there was a stir when the dead body of a 20 year old student was found in Sanki Tank Lake. Police suspect that the girl has committed suicide by jumping into the lake. Information has come to light that just before taking this serious step, the girl had sent a message to one of her male friends in which he had talked about committing suicide.

Let us tell you that the deceased has been identified as Tejaswini alias Teju, resident of Chikkabanavara. She was a second year B.Com student from a private college in Jalahalli. According to the police, she left the college at around 12:30 pm last Monday, but did not reach home. Instead of going home, she reached Sankey Tank Park at around 4 pm. According to the CCTV footage, she wandered there for a long time, then sat at one place and went near the water several times. After spending a lot of time, the girl sent a message on WhatsApp to her friend at around 6 pm that ‘now I have lived a lot of life’. After saying this he switched off his phone.

Family members searched all night, body found in the morning

Police say that the student’s friend called her repeatedly after seeing the message but the mobile was switched off. Frightened by this, she immediately called her mother Pushpa and told her the whole story. Seeing that their daughter’s life was in danger, the mother and family members lodged a complaint at Sadashivnagar police station and set out to search for her. The police and fire brigade team along with the family members continued the search operation around the lake till 1 am on Monday night. Let us tell you that that night only the student’s bag and mobile phone were found. After this, on Tuesday morning the body of the student was seen floating in the water near the 18th Cross Entrance. Then the police recovered the dead body on the spot.

A shocking incident came to light in this case when DCP Akshay M. Hake said that the police has registered a case of ‘unnatural death’. Police say that there was a family dispute between the parents of the deceased i.e. Tejaswini due to which they lived separately. Meanwhile, about two weeks ago he also had a dispute with his friend. Because of this she was feeling very worried. It is possible that due to all these problems he may have committed suicide. At present, no suicide note has been found from the spot. At present the police is investigating this incident with utmost intensity from all angles.
