Lucknow, 7 July. Uttar Pradesh government minister and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (Subhashpa) national president Om Prakash Rajbhar has targeted Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav and accused him of misleading the Kurmi community on the issue of the birth anniversary of Dr. Sonelal Patel. He claimed that an old screenshot is being circulated on social media as a new incident.

In his detailed post released on the social media platform ‘X’, Rajbhar wrote that he had raised the issue of not remembering Dr. Sonelal Patel, after which he accused Akhilesh Yadav of giving in to pressure and pretending to pay tribute to him. He said that efforts are being made to distort the facts among the Kurmi community.

Rajbhar claimed that a screenshot of a news from the year 2023 is being circulated on social media and WhatsApp groups as if it is from the year 2026. They allege that the original date was removed from the screenshot and it was made viral to create confusion among the people.

The Subhashpa chief also alleged that party workers were instructed to share the said screenshots especially in WhatsApp groups belonging to the Kurmi community. He said that the society cannot be misled by this kind of politics and he will continue to express his views through social media to bring out the truth.

Addressing Akhilesh Yadav, Rajbhar said that political differences have their place, but it is not appropriate to mislead the public on the basis of false facts. He claimed that the concerned screenshot is from the year 2023 and its original link will also be made public, so that people can know the reality.
