Makes the spine flexible: Regularly doing Chakrasana makes the spine strong and flexible. This easy also improves body balance. Besides, it is also beneficial for the lungs, opens the chest and helps in breathing.

Reduces belly fat: By doing this Yoga Asana daily, the abdominal muscles are stretched, due to which the fat accumulated on it gradually reduces. This is a great exercise for the lower body. If you want to reduce belly fat, then definitely include this asana in your workout routine.

To do Chakrasana, first of all bend both the legs from the knees and raise both the hands upwards. Then place both hands below the shoulders. Now, while inhaling, lift your body upwards. Lift as much as you can and after a few seconds, while exhaling slowly, bring the body downwards, straighten the legs and sit on the left side.
