André Onana has completed a return to Trabzonspor for another year-long loan spell from Manchester United, with no option for a permanent transfer included in the agreement.

The 30-year-old Cameroon international goalkeeper spent the 2025–2026 season on loan with the Turkish club. Trabzonspor confirmed the deal through a promotional video inspired by the Black Panther theme.

During his previous loan stint, Onana featured in 33 matches and helped the team win the Turkish Cup — marking his first trophy since securing the FA Cup with Manchester United in 2024.

Onana first joined Manchester United from Inter Milan in the summer of 2023. His time at Old Trafford has been mixed, with his initial season proving challenging and his performances dipping further in the 2024–2025 campaign, which led to increasing scrutiny from fans and media in England.

With this latest move, Onana will continue his professional journey in Türkiye. The Cameroon national team goalkeeper currently boasts 53 international appearances.
