BRIC Vacancies 2026: The Bhubaneswar-based BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) has invited applications to fill a total of five faculty positions: Scientist-B, Scientist-C, and Scientist-D. What are the application criteria?
For the Scientist-D position, candidates must hold a First Class M.Sc. or equivalent degree and possess at least nine years of research experience. A Ph.D. in the relevant subject and high-quality research publications will be given preference.
For the Scientist-C position, a First Class M.Sc. or equivalent degree and at least five years of research experience are required. A Ph.D. in the relevant subject and a record of good research work are desirable.
For the Scientist-B position, candidates must hold a First Class M.Sc. or equivalent degree and have at least three years of research experience in the relevant field. Candidates possessing a Ph.D. degree and high-quality research publications will be given preference.
What are the age limits?
Maximum age limits have been set for the different positions in the ILS Scientist Recruitment 2026. The maximum age is fixed at 35 years for Scientist-B, 40 years for Scientist-C, and 45 years for Scientist-D.
Application Fee
To complete the application process, candidates must pay a fee based on their category. The application fee is set at ₹1,000 for General category candidates and ₹600 for the OBC category. Payment can be made via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
