Materials:
- Lentils
- Moong dal
- Onion
- carrot
- Capsicum
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
- Oil

Action:
- To make lentil dal appa first, clean lentil dal and moong dal and wash them thrice with water and keep them soaked.
- After soaking the dal overnight, drain the water in the morning. Then put the dal in the mixer bowl and grind it to a fine paste.
- Add ginger garlic chili paste, salt to taste, finely chopped onion, grated carrot and capsicum to the prepared paste and mix.
- You can also add different vegetables in it if required. This makes the food taste very good.
- Keep your vessel warm. Then add oil to it and fry it till it gets crispy on both sides.
- Crispy and tasty appe made from lentil dal is ready. Everyone will like this dish very much.
