JK Anganwadi Recruitment 2026: The Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) for the Poshan Project in Uri (Baramulla) has announced a recruitment drive for Anganwadi positions. Female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to apply for the roles of Sangini (Anganwadi Worker) and Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper).

Eligibility Criteria

Application Requirements:

To qualify for the Sangini (Anganwadi Worker) position, candidates must have completed their 10+2 education. The maximum educational qualification allowed is an undergraduate degree; those with higher qualifications are not eligible. Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination.

For the Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper) role, candidates should have passed the 10th grade. If no suitable candidates are available, those who have completed the 8th grade may also be considered. The maximum qualification for this position is set at the 10th-grade level.

Age Limit

Age Requirements:

The age range for applicants is between 18 and 37 years as of January 1, 2026. Candidates who fall outside this age range will not be eligible for recruitment.
