In light of the recent stabilization in geopolitical circumstances, Delhi's Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has instructed the cancellation of the previously announced 'work from home' policy for government offices. This directive also included staggered office timings for employees.
The decision to implement a work-from-home arrangement was made in May, following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call for austerity measures due to the conflict in Iran, aimed at conserving energy.
The Chief Minister's office stated, 'The geopolitical situation has now returned to a practical normalcy. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has approved the withdrawal of the work-from-home arrangement on Wednesdays and Saturdays.'
