The case of theft of Ram temple offerings is deepening. Former Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this matter. Kejriwal claimed that Champat Rai is special to PM Modi. He was appointed by PM Modi himself. AAP convener says that till now only pawns have been arrested. Powerful people are being saved.
Arvind Kejriwal said on Thursday, ‘I cannot say this and I have no proof that the money reached Modi ji. But the entire incident definitely shows that Modi ji has left no stone unturned to hush up the entire matter, cover it up and save the culprits.
Champat Rai is PM Modi’s man: Kejriwal
Kejriwal further said, ‘The Prime Minister himself formed the trust. The Prime Minister himself selected each person of the trust. The Prime Minister’s own people are in this trust. Champat Rai is considered very special to the Prime Minister. Champat Rai was the General Secretary of Shri Ram Temple and the overseer of everything. Sarvesvarva was created by Modi ji and Champat Rai is considered his own man.
‘Why is PM Modi saving real people?’
Arvind Kejriwal says that we are being deceived by arresting eight people. The real people (guilty) are someone else. These eight people are just pawns. I want to ask the Prime Minister who is he saving and why.
Why hasn’t the bulldozer started yet?
Arvind Kejriwal asked UP CM Yogi Adityanath why till now bulldozers have not been used on the houses of people stealing offerings? He alleged that private individuals sold land worth Rs 14 crore to the Ram Mandir Trust for Rs 95 crore. It was also alleged that commission was taken in the temple construction works.
SIT is investigating the case
Let us tell you that on June 7, a case of theft of offerings came to light in Shri Ram temple located in Ayodhya. After this, the UP government constituted SIT on 23 June. On June 25, an FIR was registered against eight people on the recommendation of the SIT. All the accused have been arrested. Even the statement of Trust General Secretary Champat Rai has been recorded.
