Ayodhya Ram Mandir ED: New revelations are coming to light every day in the case of theft of Ram temple offerings. As the investigation is progressing, the secrets of theft are being revealed. According to sources, a big thing has come to light in the investigation of Ayodhya Police. It is being told that maximum theft took place in Ram temple during Mahakumbh. Now Ayodhya Police can also take help of ED in this matter. Information has come to light that Ayodhya Police has also written a letter to ED for investigation.
According to the police, out of the 8 accused arrested in the Ram Mandir Chandhwa theft case, some of the accused had been committing petty thefts even before Kumbh. But during Kumbh, there was a huge increase in the amount of offerings and donations in the temple. The accused took advantage of this and together started committing major thefts.
The exploits of the brother-in-law and brother-in-law duo
Police have claimed that this entire conspiracy was hatched and executed by 8 accused together. The accused together distributed the stolen money. Ayodhya Police investigation also revealed that a brother-in-law and brother-in-law pair were also involved in this theft. Lavkush Mishra and Anukalp Mishra, who are brother-in-laws, stole the maximum amount.
According to the investigation of Ayodhya Police, both of them bought maximum properties with the money stolen from the offerings made in Ram temple. Till now, the police have discovered more than half a dozen properties to both of them. After this the police is going to take the help of ED. Ayodhya Police is also going to reveal many secrets with the help of Income Tax Department to completely investigate the financial transactions and properties of the accused.
The needle of suspicion has also turned on SBI
During the investigation, the police have also suspected the role of some SBI employees. Now the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is also going to join this investigation. Ayodhya police will write a letter to the agency asking it to closely investigate the money trail and financial transactions.
Meanwhile, based on the information received from Avinash Shukla, the largest amount of cash was recovered. On the other hand, the problems of Champat Rai and Anil Mishra have increased. The scope of the investigation has now extended to the Trust’s working practices and donation management arrangements, and the police are actively working to unearth the entire network.
