In such a situation, it becomes very important for diabetic patients to choose the right diet.
Some fruits contain so much natural sugar that their excessive consumption can increase blood sugar rapidly. Let us know which fruits should be limited in consumption and which fruits can be included in the diet without any hesitation.
Not every sweet fruit is safe! Know the real reason
Fructose (Fruit Sugar) is naturally present in all fruits, but its quantity varies from fruit to fruit. Consuming too much of fruits which contain high fructose can increase blood sugar rapidly. Therefore, diabetic patients should consume such fruits thoughtfully and in limited quantities.
These 5 fruits can increase blood sugar, take special care
Grape
Grapes are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, but they are also relatively high in natural sugar. Therefore consume it in limited quantity.
Cherry
Cherries are delicious and rich in nutrients, but they also contain relatively high amounts of fructose.
Pineapple

Keep these important things in mind while eating fruits
Try to eat about 100 grams or less of fruits at a time.
Instead of eating fruits with the main meal, eat them at separate times.
Always give preference to fresh fruits.
As far as possible, eat fruits with peel so that the amount of fiber remains.
Eat whole fruits instead of drinking fruit juice, because juice has less fiber.
Avoid jams and processed fruit products, as they contain added sugar.
