ZATCA has also released a simple guide in Arabic and English language on its website to help the taxpayers so that people can easily understand it.
The authority has also made it clear that this exemption does not mean that there should be a delay in following the rules. Especially strict instructions have been given regarding the rules of e-invoicing. People whose system is malfunctioning will have to fix it immediately as this time is given only to resolve technical issues.
