What is the application fee?
The application fee varies depending on the post. A total fee of ₹750 is applicable for the posts of Technical Assistant and Scientific Assistant. This amount includes both the application fee and the processing fee. An application fee of ₹500 has been fixed for the posts of Technician-B, Draughtsman-B, and Cook-A. ISRO has stated that the processing fee will be refunded to candidates who appear for the examination, in accordance with the rules.
Who can apply?
Candidates applying for this recruitment must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of July 20, 2026. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government regulations. Educational qualifications vary by post; requirements include ITI certification, Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc., a degree or master's in Library Science, and relevant experience for the Cook post.
How will the selection take place?
Candidate selection will be conducted in multiple stages. Initially, a written examination or Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held. Subsequently, a skill test will be conducted for posts where it is required. In the final stage, the final merit list will be released following document verification and a medical test.
