Colombia finished top of Group K after playing out a goalless draw against Portugal at Miami Stadium in the FIFA World Cup 2026. Portugal, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, secured second place and will face Croatia in the Round of 32, while Colombia will meet Ghana.
Colombia created several early chances through Luis Diaz, Jhon Cordoba and James Rodriguez, but Portugal goalkeeper Diogo Costa made crucial saves. Portugal also threatened through Bruno Fernandes and Joao Felix, but Camilo Vargas denied them.
The match marked Colombia’s first 0-0 draw in World Cup history across their 25 tournament appearances.
