The undergraduate admission process for the 2026-27 academic session at Delhi University (DU) has commenced. Lakhs of students from across the country are applying for admission. Many candidates face difficulties in navigating the online application, course selection, college preferences, and the overall admission process. Addressing these challenges, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Delhi has launched helpline numbers to assist students. The organization claims its team will be available round-the-clock to ensure that no student's admission is jeopardized simply due to a lack of information.

**Assistance with Application and Counseling**
According to ABVP, a large number of students from remote and rural areas come to Delhi University every year with the dream of studying there. Often, due to a lack of technical knowledge, they encounter difficulties with tasks such as filling out application forms, selecting courses, determining college preferences, and navigating the counseling process. A helpline team has been formed specifically to resolve these issues.

**Volunteers Available 24/7**
ABVP State Secretary Sarthak Sharma stated that the organization aims to ensure no eligible student is deprived of admission due to a lack of information. He mentioned that the council's volunteers would be available day and night to assist students. **Admission Based on CUET Scores**
Delhi University has initiated the first phase of registration on the CSAS (UG) 2026 portal for the 2026-27 session. This year as well, admission to all undergraduate courses will be granted solely based on CUET UG 2026 scores. Candidates are required to pay a registration fee during the application process and will subsequently need to submit their college and course preferences. 

Admission to 67 Colleges
According to the university, admission to 73 undergraduate programs and over 100 BA programs offered across 67 colleges will be based on CUET UG 2026 scores. Candidates can apply via the CSAS portal using their CUET application number. The university has advised students to apply on time and carefully read all the guidelines.
