High Protein Recipes for Kids in Hindi: Sprouts Tikki Recipe
Material: 1 cup moong dal, 2 cups boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 6-7 finely chopped green chillies, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 cup all-purpose flour, salt as per taste, 1 cup finely chopped coriander, oil as required.
Method: To make Sprouts Tikki, first boil moong dal well in hot water. Now mash the moong dal and boiled potatoes well. After this, add finely chopped onion, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, finely chopped green chilli and chaat masala and mix well.
Now apply light oil on your hands and shape it into a tikki. After this, prepare flour solution in a bowl. Also take out breadcrumbs in a plate. Now heat oil in a pan on gas. Then dip all the tikkis in the flour batter and wrap them well in breadcrumbs. Then put the tikkis in the pan one by one and cook them from both the sides.
Moong Dal Tikki Recipe

Material: 1 cup washed moong dal, ½ cup boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 1 cup oil.
Method: Leave the moong dal soaked overnight. Then put it in the mixer in the morning and prepare a coarse paste. Now add moong dal paste, boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, green coriander and green chillies in a mixing bowl and mix well. After this, add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and chaat masala and mix well. Now prepare round tikkis with the help of this mixture. Then dip all the tikkis in flour batter and coat them in breadcrumbs. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put all the tikkis in it and fry them until they turn golden. Your moong dal tikki is ready. You serve it to children in tiffin with sauce.
Soya Tikki Recipe

Material: 1 cup soybean, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 cup bread crumbs, salt as per taste, oil for frying.
Method: First boil the soybean for 15-20 minutes. Then prepare a coarse paste of it. Now mix soybean paste and boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them well. Then add onion, green chilli, green coriander, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt and mix. Now make round tikkis from this mixture. Then dip all the tikkis in flour batter and wrap them in breadcrumbs. After this, heat oil in the pan and fry all the tikkis properly from both the sides. Your protein rich soya tikki is ready. Serve hot tikkis with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
Paneer Tikki Recipe

Material: 2 cups grated cheese, 1 cup boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, 5-7 finely chopped green chilies, 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 1 cup breadcrumbs, oil for frying.
Method: To make Paneer Tikki, first grate the paneer in a bowl, now mash the boiled potatoes and mix it. Then add finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, chaat masala, finely chopped green chillies, cumin powder and green coriander leaves and mix well. Now apply oil on your hands and make round tikkis from this mixture and keep it aside. After this, prepare flour solution in a bowl. Dip the prepared tikki in this solution and wrap it in breadcrumbs. Then heat oil in the pan on gas. Bake all the tikkis one by one. Your protein rich paneer tikki is ready. Apart from tiffin, you can also serve it with tea as a snack in the evening.
