Meanwhile, Avinash Pandey has been removed from the charge. Recently, Rajendra Pal was in the news for going to Gautam Mayawati’s house to meet her without inviting her. Rajendra Gautam was part of Team Kejriwal in Delhi. This appointment has created a stir in UP Congress.

Let us tell you that the Congress Party has started laying its chessboard regarding UP elections 2027. In this sequence, the Congress high command has made this major reshuffle to give a new edge to the organization in Uttar Pradesh. Congress has removed Avinash Pandey and appointed former Delhi government minister and prominent Dalit leader Rajendra Pal Gautam as the new in-charge of Uttar Pradesh Congress. This appointment is being seen as a well-thought-out masterstroke strategy by the Congress to win over Dalit and backward class voters in UP.
