Salman Khan, also known as Dabangg Khan, has also bought a team in a tennis ball league. Now, veteran actor John Abraham has joined this list. He has become the co-owner of the Rotterdam Dockers. This team is one of the six franchises participating in the first season of the European T20 Premier League (ETPL). The league will be held from August 26 to September 20, 2026.

John Abraham now joins the team’s star-studded ownership and leadership group, which includes cricket legends Jonty Rhodes, Faf du Plessis, and Heinrich Klaasen, along with Managing Partner Madhukar Shri. The Rotterdam Dockers are poised to make their mark at this historic moment in European cricket.

The ETPL will feature teams from six cities, representing Glasgow, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Dublin, Belfast, and Rotterdam. This league will usher in a new and exciting chapter for cricket across Europe. A total of 32 matches will be played. This league will provide a fantastic platform for emerging European players to compete against the biggest names in international cricket. It will also promote and accelerate the growth of cricket in Ireland, Scotland, and the Netherlands.
